Well, the storms blew through all without incident and much less strength than predicted.

Um, what time was lunch

 

I love some avocado with a steak. I also do a poblano pepper with a drizzle of olive oil and some garlic salt blister it on the grill. A bite of steak a chunk of avocado and a slice of pepper. I will occasionally do a jalapeño the same way but they are not all created equal sometimes they are so hot they are a little more than I want.

 

I told my wife that we need to up our food / dinner / coffee program. Week after next we’re hoping to camp at the Two Hearted River campground on Lake Superior Full week, colors should be beautiful, great views, and I can get some fishing in, kinda bear country. We’re starting to prep / pack, Mr Heater- check.

Set up 2 chairs and put MermAndy in one and sit in the other. Then start yelling Uno!

Jalisco is one of our favorites of the absolutely excellent Mexican restaurants in Green Bay.

 

Actually been a great start to the year. Whole different assignment than the last few years. Some of my hardest students are making real progress. Pushing out into the general education environment a lot more. Really interesting caseload of new kids.
