And I'm finally moving in. I have since moved in another stack of 4x2x2's that I'm just waiting to move a few up in size.

And all the other snake were fed at the same time. 1 rat each for the balls. And 2 mice per king. Decided to get live mice for the kings today to switch it up. Give them some hunting exercise. the mouse that the viper got was live also.

That's awesome for as much as I know they are fine for stupidly long periods without food it always bothers me when they refuse to eat.
All I need is my papuan to start feeding. Trying again tonight, fingers crossed.

Saw a mite last week so everyone got stripped down and im doing a 5 week treatment. The carpet came in with them and even with quarantine done on the far side of the house and treating the bases of all of the tanks the little pecker heads still managed to spread to another tank.

That's a pain with the mites. Whats wild to me is that the viper shed 3 times in 5 months before he ate this mouse yesterday.

Iv always wondered if they will do a shed cycle regardless of growth.

Speaking of shed cycles just caught the big girl shedding.

After saying I hope the papuan would eat he ate his first meal last night. I scented the mouse with a chick feather and boy did that get his attention.

I have never seen one of those particular tanks in person but one of the youtubers i watch used to sing the praises of their quality.

That's good to know. One of my biggest concerns is buying a pvc tank and the quality is no good.

And believe me when I say alot are really really poor. What are you looking at to heat them? I made the switch to radiant heat panels last year and they have been a complete game changer compared to uth or any bulb.

Could you send me a link to what your heating them with. What drives me nuts about using bulbs is they burn out all the damn time. The money I've spent on bulbs is probably mind blowing.

Good ol cannibalistic king snakes. I have the odd concern with my woma if he ever got out.
    https://www.cornelsworld.com/product/reptirad-80-watt-heat-panel/
Those are what I use i have 8 varying from 40w to 125w and I have had 0 issues with them yet. Bit spendy but they are so efficient in a pvc enclosure. I built shelves to get a raised basking platform closer to it but the entire unit also aids in ambient temperature aswell.
For lighting I have 2 led strips in each tank one for day on I run for a few hours at the beginning and end of each day. Helps with dawn dusk cycling.

As they grow and need larger enclosures I'm going to continue adding them to match that but i have lots of time yet

Im looking at roughly 660 for 4 of those. Luckily I have plenty of day light that's in my man cave so the snakes don't have to worry about lighting issues. I'll definitely go that route for heating.

They aren't cheap but definitely the best I have come across yet. Just make sure they run on a thermostat. I run herpstat spyderweb 6 and 4. The remote access and alerts is a fantastic touch especially since I'm gone for long periods regularly.
