I do the same thing. I keep a large, folded piece for when I need to slide stuff around.

I've actually done that. Taking cardboard to the recycling drop off with the rest of my junk. I'm like "hey I should keep this in my bed". But it eventually gets tossed.

Spooky season. I amuse myself. Found the pumpkin at Home Depot for $10. Did a 6-1/2 round hole cut with a razor knife and two small screws to secure to my mushroom snorkel head.

    First post here, Howdy everyone!
I'm 30 year Toyota 4x4 owner/builder that cut my teeth on the OG early Internet days forums. I have an 82 1st Gen flatbed on 40s and a 3rd Gen Tacoma I've owned for 5 years on 33s that I'm pretty happy with at this point. I've been building it for about a year after building up parts for the last couple of years.

Thanks man. Here's the best photo I have of the taco at the moment.
    Specs on it are...
Eibach stage 1 struts (3rd of 4 height setting), JBAs, super bumps. 3-1/2"ish lift.
Dakar medium duty rears, ubolt flip/Timbrens, Freedom Off-road 2" monotube shocks in 11" stroke flavor.
    Prinsu on the lid
Amazon special bumpers front and rear (beefier than youd think)
    RC 2" extended flares.
    Warn XD9001 with synthetic line
Full aluminum skid plate under front/engine
    Dobinson clone dorkel
8 gallon homebrew water storage/shower for the beach
    285/75R16 E rated Patagonias
Amazon 180db air horn + hellas for the jackasses out there. I call it my Code Brown horn
Plus a ton of other projects/parts I've forgotten about already. It's our beach rig/ relic hunter/long distance travel vehicle that can wheel like a champ if need be.

Just another minor update to the truck. Updated the map and dome lights to the Meso Customs dual lights and added the Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions Rubigrid dash mount.

Mounted and ran wiring for my back cabin wall battery box. I still need to mount some surface panels to the box to make it look pretty. The box is made completely of 80/20 hardware.

The components for the box are:
    • Renogy 12V 104Ah Super Slim Solid State Battery
    • Renogy 12V/24V IP67 50A DC-DC Battery Charger
    • Blue Sea Systems 5026
    • Blue Sea Systems 2300
The DC-DC charger is connected to both my alternator and my solar panels on my RTT. I still need to drill the brackets on the sides of the box.

Nice. I have the full rear seat delete in my truck. Best thing I’ve ever purchased!

I checked to see if there was any moisture in my brake fluid, there isn't. I also looked to see how complicated cleaning the throttle body would be. It isn't.

Did you upgrade from OC ATIIIs? Also love the lift and tire size you chose, are they 285s?

I went with the 60% this time around but now that I’ve got it installed, I see that last 40% coming soon.

Those Meso lights have saved me countless mosquito bites. One of my favorite things I’ve added to my truck by far.

Washed and did the whole interior. I have little kids so you can imagine.
Also unbolted the seats and got the rough country seat covers wrangled back to where they should be. Much much easier with the seats unbolted to vacuum under there too.

Yes. We’ll see if it’s an actual upgrade. Those Toyos were no slouches.
There is no lift and tires are 265/70R17’s on Method 17x8.5x0 705’s

I added a roofrack and tail gate letters. Roof rack was a PITA to get installed. Was heavy. But it's own now.

Letters. Found these on Etsy. Black with blue topo. A nice touch.

    20250906_174238.jpg 20250906_174248.jpg

Roof rack. The wind deflector of up front has a bad vibration going down the road as truck gets close to 40MPH. Prob gonna take it off for the time being unless I can get some direction for the manufacturer. But overall, I like the rack.

Can you lower it? I have mine barely off the roof and unless it’s crazy cross winds it’s usually pretty quiet
