Is there anyway to bypass the necessary TPMS sensor in the spare tire? I have 32s on and would rather just not carry the spare if possible.

computer is looking for 5 TPMS sensors but I only want it to look for 4.

Yes, set the 5th sensor ID in the TPMS ECU to all 0s and I believe that will disable the 5th sensor.

I don't know if their programmer will do that or not, you would have to ask them. Alot of the basic TPMS tools just read the sensor IDs and then you plug it in and it writes them to the ECU, some of them allow you to write in the sensor IDs manually.
