    I'm not 100% sure, but I think those fall under like an ATV which you can't tag for road use. Now, 30 minutes down the road in West Virginia you register them as an ATV/UTV and you're allowed to tag those for road use.

    That's my kind of literature right there. Hated reading growing up (still do actually). I basically had all the history/tech picture books in the elementary school library on a rotation since we had to check something out each week or so.
