I gave it to my dad to drive, and he decided he didn't like driving a manual and never touched it, so I took it back earlier this year to sell it and after driving it home decided to keep it haha.

At this point I know better than to sell it!

Our plan is to ride up the East side of Hood Canal, up to Port Townsend, and back down 101 on the West side.

having a pickup is always one of the most useful things haha. every now and then we talk about what it would be like without having a truck with a 6ft bed and man we couldnt do half the shit we do around the house or help family without one! idk how some of you all and others go without a truck lol.

never said it was okay but avoiding a company that does it (allegedly) when all the other companies you deal with on a day to day basis does it and you dont care is an odd take lol

Thinking "all the other companies" do it is an "odd take" too.

I have those pants and they've worked very well for me. Pack down super small too. Only a bit larger than a 12oz. soda can.

Just yesterday I was saying how driving vs riding didn’t make a big difference on my commute but today I got on the highway and it was a parking lot due to a crash. I was so gator to be riding and able to split through everything.

Also really liking the Mosko Moto side bags I borrowed from a friend. He said I can buy them off him if I want. What would you guys pay? They’re $1200 new. If I do buy them I’d probably look into the 50L duffel if it can fit a helmet.

Yeah... no splitting or filtering here...

As for Mosko... such great stuff, but CRAZY expensive. Used prices are usually quite a bit more than new stuff from decent brands.

What bags are they? Look like maybe backcountry v2.1? Mosko moto has an official resale store, you could look up the value there and offer him that as a starting point: https://moskomoto.treet.co/

    I think these are them:

    upload_2025-9-9_10-40-26.png

Did he pay $1200? The price on mosko moto stuff skyrocketed over the last couple years, the resale site was saying the original price was closer to $800.
