Hey guys , quick question about replacing rear leave springs on a 2011 dcsb with only 66.000 miles . It's my daily driver and never See's off road . Question is , should I replace the shackle / bushings while replacing the leave springs ? Thank you in advance for your advice!

Did this recently and from my research it seems like most people don't replace the shackle/shackle bushings unless they're having issues or upgrading. I did my father in laws a couple weeks ago (2011 with 165k) and the shackle and it's bushings seemed fine, reused with no issues. The leaf eyelet bushings themselves I replaced though, came pre installed with the General HD leafs.

I wouldn't unless worn. If your not doing serious offroading the original leave spring bushings should go to the crusher along with your truck. It's just not something that usually wears out.

I have a 2011 TRD sport access cab with 160k miles I just had shipped up to me in Wisconsin from Phoenix. I am getting a cap and didn't want there to be any possible sag so I thought I would try some AAL's. My truck only has two leaves plus the overload so I got some 36" long AAL's. I got these National Drivetrain 36" AAL's and I just finished installing them tonight. I got 3" of lift out of them, more than I wanted but they say they should settle a bit with driving. For $69 shipped from Amazon I thought I would try this before dishing out $500-$700 for a set of springs. Glad I did...might be an option for you.The truck I got from AZ is in such perfect shape. If your frame and suspension are in typical AZ condition I would not feel the need to replace anything. You guys don't know how good you have it out there! :)
Everything on the under carriage is like new. Bushings, fasteners, basically everything is perfect. I did have a slight tear in the inner drivers side boot I felt the need to replace before winter sets in. Sorry I forgot ...you guys probably don't know what winter is!

I would replace any moving parts that will wear out if you are already there.

    If financially and time feasible.

It depends on their condition. When I did my springs I had them replaced. The original ones looked like they were at the bottom of the North Atlantic for 50 years. Even if they weren't as bad as they were I'd probably replace them.
