Interesting to see the pictures and condition after 150K. Thanks for posting.
I don't know much on this topic, but for me it would depend on if I had another vehicle to use in the meanwhile. The refurbishing service that Jon Bond Performance offers is appealing at $700 if I had another vehicle to use. If I didn't, I'd just buy new rotors and keep the original ones to refurbish IF I keep my truck for another 100K. I'd consider ceramic coating superior to PTFE.

For the high speed lab deal, seems like the coating would be similar to OEM since PTFE and Teflon are the same. Just PTFE is mixed in a "special blend". Worth a try.

After replacing my fuel pump with an AEM it does the same thing. Adding an inline I hear will help. The 3 seconds gives the lines time to prime the. It works fine or if it’s already been running.

I always wondered if the injector had issues after replacing or if it’s a pressure issue as well. Haven’t tested it yet. Curios to see what you find out

That’s wild. I the the 320 or 50-1220. It has the other popular 340 50-1200 listed but you never know. We were surprised at how noisy it was. Also my MPG got worse but I’m sure the bigger axle likely has more to do with it. Would an after market insert make any difference? I found one that was plug and play with the AEM pump so didn’t have to do any crimping and what not.

This is not really a thing with roots blowers. TVS maybe, because those actually take air and compress it. Our roots blowers, however, are basically just giant fans that move more air than OEM is capable of doing, it does not require a coating technically to seal the rotors because they do not compress air like a twin screw vortices supercharger does.

Is your AEM failing? I'm still on mine and it's not given me an issue since I replaced it.

Pieced together some more of the new exhaust system.. Definitely a substantial change in sound, feels smoother overall probably due to the more efficient merge collector...
