My stock CV boot have been torn for about 15k miles now and it's time to replace. Figured I'd see if anyone had some lightly used ones before I let the stealership molest my wallet.

 

I believe Toyota is having a 15% off Labor Day sale.

 

You could re-boot the ones you have. Thats what I did to mine.

My Sequoia likes to eat inner boots lately...250K on the stock shafts. Boot kits from Toyota are around $55 and come with everything you need but the crimp tool.

Usual wear for 10 year old bike, only wear worth mentioning is rear fender has some scratches from a drop earlier in the year

Alright it's time.. 2017 TRD 4x4 Offroad for sale. One owner, non smoker, 87k miles. All services taken care of via Toyotas recommended schedule.

Exterior the truck is 9/10. A couple blemishes, some scratches under the rear bumper.

Interior is 9/10. No burns, rips or tears. Very slight wear on driver seat bolster.

Mechanical is 9/10. Always used oem or better replacements (needle bearing/wheel bearings/etc). The only thing is it could use a reboot the oem axles as they are starting to crack.

Dealership offered me 29k as is. Personally it's worth more considering the aftermarket investment (23k in modifications not including installs). Its going to the dealer this weekend, I just dont have the time or will to deal with these mouth breathers anymore. Best offer above 29k takes it before it goes back to the dealer.

 

Want to part anything out to get some of your money back then trade it in?

What did you notice/gain over stock with these? I could see them being a little more firm since no rubber bushings. Also more rugged for bashing rocks. Definitely would handle an air bump better than stock. What else?

 

Definitely got laid a lot more, not enough days in the week for the amount of woman gained .

They are stiffer for sure and get rid of the lower ball joint and goes to a uniball so that's a upgrade. they will definitely would handle air bumps better too
