I have the Toyota rubber floor mats, but they are never going to cut it in the winter. The lawyers were so worried that they don’t even go anywhere near behind the back of the brake or Accelerator pedal. Anybody running Weather Tech Or similar?

That’s what I’ve found works best for me during the winters in northern Oregon.

I used to run WeatherTech, but I had a bad experience with them — they warped in my Tahoe, and the same thing happened in my Toyota Corolla and my Ram.

In my 2020 Tacoma, I tried Husky liners, and I liked them so much that when I got my 4th gen, the very first thing I bought was a set to replace the cloth mats from the Off Road.

I have the WeatherTech floor mats, front and rear on my 2025 Pro. I purchased them for the reason that your mention. They do in fact protect the area behind the brake and accelerator. As an aside, they also overlap the floor sill/rocker-panel area. HTH

Husky weather beaters for me. Excellent coverage everywhere including behind the pedals and fairly priced.

Those, the OEM and some others are all fine but I'm not wasting money like that anymore. I got TripleAliner (spelling) advertised or chatted in the forums. They cover a lot, and work for my use that gets really dirty. I'm a trail builder, river rat, and do some ski area crew plus back country sports. I can pull them out, clean them easily, and have the carpet OEM ones if I want some clean or fancy.

Similarly, I've been super happy with some inexpensive air bag compatible, moisture barrier washable seat covers.

Same feature that actually keeps dirt out of the original carpeting and interior makes them a little unwieldy for removal or cleaning time. They can hold a whole lot of dirt LOL. For winter, ski instructor is at least 1x a week, I chase storms, and do a lot of messy travel in winter.

I've been happy with my TuxMats. Lots of coverage. My 2005 TRDOR has WeatherTechs and I wanted to try something new this time around.

I put tuxmats in both of my cars. They cover like none other and look great. I still debate about putting them in the truck. "Lines everything" means they aren't as easy to pull and hose down after a full weekend of muddy boot stomping.

For mud, its hard to beat husky x-act. For everything else, tuxmat.

Husky Liners Weatherbeaters front and rear for my 17' SR5 access cab. Couldn't be more pleased with them. They not only clip in, both sides, but also have little plastic spikes all throughout that really help them keep their shape and stay flat on the floor. I also like how they go up and beyond the pedals, also up the sides, because I've got a bad habit of keeping my left foot halfway up the side panel. No issues at all with them, little over 10 months. They are easy to get out and install, clean up well with some soapy Dawn dish and hose off the dirt and dust or mud and or snow whatever it is. They've got some deep channels in them too, to where the water and or melted snow or mud stays in place, and it's easy to unclip them and take the mat out of the truck and ring out the mess, wipe off and install quickly as well. Very much worth the money if ya ask me.

Lasfit1.jpg I had a Gen 2 Tacoma and had Weather Techs. They did the trick but after 10 years they were pretty stiff. I chose to go with LASFIT this time. They fit great and the coverage looks good.

Looked at Lasfit and thought they were very nice, especially for the price. In the end I stuck with the tried and true. WeatherTech HP.

    Clazzio seat covers,
Weather Tech is now offering a higher level of liner ... a different product that is softer and more pliable ... more like rubber vs. a rigid plastic.

Thanks everyone, some good options given. Doesn’t look like the Lasfits go up behind the pedals enough, shame because the overall design looks great otherwise.

I think I’ll check out the new softer weather tech mats mentioned

They're a harder plastic TPE but don't seem as stiff as the old Weathertechs (in my wife's minivan). The rear one piece mat came folded up so I had to let it sit for a bit to get it back to its original shape.

Very happy so far with the Weathertechs, fit front and rear is extremely good, front mats mount through OEM twist-locks. Strangely they don't list a mat for a '25 manual (automatic only) but there was one for a '24 manual, so I bought those. Made in USA but think it was $230 or $240 with shipping.
