rear shock question

will these fit my 97 reg cab 4x4? My shocks are shot.

 

Do you have a lift? They are for a first gen, but for only a 0 - 1" lift

Unless the seller is wrong, he wrote that it wont fit the truck without at least 2"s of lift.

 

Yeah those should fit fine as long as your not lifted.

 

Yeah I read that but the 5100's don't come in extended length do they?

 

Not that I'm aware of

 

That's what I thought so they should be good on a non lifted truck.

Correct. I thought you were referring to an extended length beyond a 1" lift

 

Yeah the guy that listed them on CL says you need 2" of lift to run them.

 

so these should fit as long i dont go past 1" lift? but the ad says need 2"?
