I used to play the Atari 2600 on the black and white TV in my parents room where it was setup. We had like 60 games for it. Had 4 or 5 of these things full, along with a shoebox packed with games.

We could only play on rainy days!

EDIT: I'm pretty sure my sister still has it.

I don't recall ever having a B&W TV. We had one of those huge console TV that was probably 26" at best  I remember my dad having a VHS with a wired remote so you could pause

I was 8 when we got pong. lol ya I am old but got to see a lot of progression in games.
Back in the late 90s I had the PlayStation and we would have tiger woods golf tournaments with my brother and a couple of work friends. I had an x box and was playing motogp. Came home one day and realized my kids took it into their room to play. Haven’t played since. Not a huge gamer.

    Y'all are old
My first console was an original Nintendo Wii. Ended up selling it to gamestop in middle school and I only got like $50 for it and a box full of games. Still regret it.

Yeah, the color console TV was in the Living room. Had the top load VCR when I was a kid, with separate buttons on it for like 13 channels. They only got rid of the Console TV around... 12-15 years ago? Maybe less. They're on their first 32 inch flat panel (dumb TV) my sister got them with her Marriott Points. She was worried their TV was going to burst into flames, cause it sounded like gears grinding when it was running, hahahaa.

Not this exact one, but similar. Had the two knobs, one for UHF and one for VHF. I can also still remember laying on their bed and watching the A-team!

I may be in the minority but I much prefer dumb tvs. I just want the tv to be a tv and I'll connect my stuff to it to o whatever I want it to

We had a flat panel monitor for our home computer. The red color died on it. You could smack it and it'd come back. I also remember being really young in my dad's 1980s ford ranger. The fan stopped working randomly no matter what setting you'd put it on. I told him, maybe he should hit it like they do in the cartoons. He slapped the dashboard HARD. Fan started right up immediately, and never failed again.

I had a small one in my room at college that would turn green. I kept a broken golf club so I could whack it. My roommates would laugh once I started doing it

So I bought a 19x a few weeks ago. Buddy posted a vid of the new 43X FDE......so my LGS called a few minutes ago and said it was in. I had to leave work for a few minutes

Here's half of my front RR suspension for the bike

And to clarify.....I do have all my digits. I don't know where one of them is in this pic though
    20250912_110905.jpg

On the plus side....it came with the new foot print so I won't have to buy a plate or grind of the back "tits" to fit a Holosun EPS carry :D

So I guess it's time for some motorcycle talk in here. My buddy's KTM... it was not the oil pressure sensor.

about 4k miles ago he had the new cams and followers installed by KTM. Same place he always has work done, at his local KTM dealer. He normally does his own maintenance, but he's even had them do all the oil changes just for convenience.

He decided to change the oil, since the sensor didn't fix the issue. What he found was NASTY black oil and sludge. He sent me a couple videos showing how you could scrape it up and pull it apart with a screw driver, lol. All stretchy and nasty. He is going to send a sample off for testing before he goes back to talk to the dealer. Another friend of mine runs a kawi/CF/Can-Am service department and i sent him the pics and video. He's seen a lot of bikes, and none with oil like that. He even wondered if maybe during the last service they just left the oil in, or just drained and refilled the bike with the same oil. If that were true though, that'd still only be less than 9k miles on the oil (KTM interval says 8k). And even at 9k, the oil shouldn't look like that, unless maybe it wasn't synthetic (which supposedly the KTM dealer only uses the correct stuff)....

So yeah, tonight he's on his way to hopefully pickup a GS 1200
