    The hammer was me. They would only refund me if I destroyed the car. Basically they wouldn't take it back and wouldn't refund me if they thought I could repair / sell the car. So i had to destroy it to get my money back.

    I just happened to destroy it but avoid certain pieces, like the wheels, roll bar and front bumper.
