Hey everyone and anyone that might be able to help! I am having quite the trouble getting my TT ready for an emissions check, every time I get it pre-check everything comes back normal except the emission ready box. I tried the 're-set' method to try and clear the code to make sure it would be ready, with no luck! If anyone has an idea of how i can make it ready, your help and assistance would be much appreciated, thanks!

First off, stop clearing codes, that will reset any monitors that were complete.

I'm not sure what criteria to get all the emissions monitors to set "ready" buy you may need to drive 300-400 miles in varying conditions and fuel levels to get it to set all of them complete. Some vehicles are quick, some are not.

I'd invest in a code reader that shows the status of the emissions monitors. Clearing codes just resets these monitors to an unready state, which is by design. If you have an active code(s), obviously that won't pass emission either.

Evap monitor needs to be completed and requires a few driving cycles
