Should I have floorboard lights or was this an optional purchase? Just noticed how dark the floorboard are when I get in in the morning. Dome and door lights are working fine.

If they aren't there, I'd say an option at best, but maybe not even that.

Thanks. I can see I should be more specific. If it did have lights, where under the dash would I look for them.
Wasnt sure if the bulbs were blown and I was missing the housing, or if they didnt exist at all.

IF they were there, they should be easy to see, because they'd need exposure to shine on the floor.

No courtesy lights for the floorboards but there was an option for door panel lights IIRC.

Was curious so I went out and looked at my 1999 SR5 TRD Off Road. As Top Dog stated, no floorboard lights. Also, no light in the glovebox or rear view mirror map lights. I only have a dome light and lights in the door panels.

Try getting some of those automotive LED strips, run it around your cabin, then find a way to hook it up. Can't think of a way off the top of my head lol.
