    Started with this.

    20250912_170821.jpg

    Used the Blue Mule to pull the tree down - with a long rope.

    20250913_132729.jpg

    After cleaning up the light stuff I could pull the heavy bit, the base is over 4 feet tall.

    20250913_165716.jpg

    Did some digging into the hillside.

    Flat space is hard to come by up here, I'm making my own. ;)

    The plan is to add a bit of roof to the shed so I can park the ex under cover.

    :rofl::rofl:

    Most folks tend to want to park an ex-wife under ground...
    I do have an excavator now. ;);)

    I guess a new acronym is needed. :confused: How about calling it the MX ?

    Most people don't have a twisted mind like I do, so we'll see what happens if you keep calling it the EX :laugh:

    i think it needs to be 'new red' for his case.

    he's got plenty of old and red things. this is his one new and red thing.

    Wow, that's quite a visitor! Out here in the desert it's mostly rattlers and gopher snakes — I once found one curled up under my Tacoma after a trail run. Looks like your rig got a proper mud bath too; my 2023 DCLB looked about the same after a monsoon trip through Box Canyon. Cleaning them up is almost as fun as getting them dirty.
