I have the same issue when I turn on my fog light HID's but not my headlights. I've heard multiple reasons. I've heard the location of where the ballasts are might be one reason, and I've also heard if you wrap the ballast with tin foil it would help too. I have yet to try either but I when I get some time, I am going to try the tin foil option.

yeah, i read about the tin foil. I wrapped it in tin foil and electrical tape and it didnt make any difference. Its very annoying when i turn my headlights on i cant use any of my pre-sets when the headlights are on cause there very staticy.

Totally, check you grounds. If you can, get ground for both bulbs from the same point. Also, keep the ballast as far a you can from the antenna.

there mounted on the sides, one behind the washer tank and one beside the battery, ive heard to run the ground to the negative battery not the body. The drivers side is the only side i can run the ground to the battery the passenger side will not reach to the battery so its ground on the body.

Hmmm...the ballast on the passenger side might be the issue. Both my ballasts are in the front on both sides of the radiator for passenger and driver side and I get no interference on the radio.

I thought about moving them some but i didnt think it would help much, I have my ground on the Fender bolt next to the headlight.
