Solved the hyperflash (again.) Must have landed on some rocks hard Sunday-knocked the bulb ajar in the socket. All good now. The steering is going to take some time. The Passenger tire looks a tad toed out. The sleeve to keep from bending the tie rod is bottomed out, so no where to go... Not sure how to fix it. Nothing appears bent, but clearly something isn't as it was...

Can't see what you're looking at but what I've been doing is to center your steering wheel.
Shut off the truck and make sure the steering wheel locks...

From there you can see which wheel has to go what way (toe)....and adjust accordingly.

Your passenger tie rod is maxxed, as in, can't pull the wheel in anymore, or out?

None of your LCA cams slipped?

    So. Many. Stickers.
Plus you can scoot your seat forward, wrap the seatbelt through the bottom of the steering wheel, buckle it. Then pull the slack out so the seat belt locks. Then shove the seat as far as as it'll go. Double lock the wheel.

I appreciate some good redneck ingenuity.

The 1st time I messed around with alignment I didn't lock the steering wheel. That's when the stability control went all whacky.
You have to jump a couple pins in the OBD port to reset stability control when that happens.

The armor piece is all the way in. Wheel still needs a couple of turns in to be right. I could do the other wheel, but that would really clock the steering wheel. Not off buy much but enough to be irritating.

    No bent tabs?
Hit something hard enough to kick the camber out or caster back, or both, and it would toe out..

Edit: I've seen the threaded post, of the outer tie rod balljoint, bend.

Thinking, while we wait for the better than Tundra solution.

Mine has the armor on it. Not bent, at lease where it can be seen. Under the boot may be bent.

    Tabs are welded and reinforced.

I'll let cory explain more, but stock rack is the backbone, which is nice. Avoids the bump-steer and toe changes through suspension flex that the tundra rack suffers from. Not knocking the tundra rack in any regards, its a great option and plenty strong. It does come with a downside of having a custom built rack rather than COTS rack that you can swap in as you need.

Or you can go whole hog and go with a swingset style steering
