Turn on some music (that you know he doesn't like) as loud as you can stand when he's out in his yard. Use powered (loud) lawn equipment when he has company...or EARLY on a saturday morning....

I didn't know what a HOA was until AFTER I'd signed the papers for my house. We didn't have anything too awfully bad. After about 18 months, all the officers quit, so we had no more HOA. They can do good things for a neighborhood... keep it from going to H**l if you have trashy neighbors.

Chris, I found this on another forum that I'm on. Do it.

My friend pulled up to the parking lot in his car at the grocery store, parked his car, and got out to go in. Right as he got out, he got a phone call, so he was standing outside talking on his phone for a minute or two before he went in. As he was standing there talking, a lady pulled into the space next to his car, and when she got out, she flung her door open RIGHT into the side of his car, loud enough that he had the crunch from ~30 feet away. So he hangs his phone up and runs over to the car as she is walking away, and asks her how she could be so careless as to hit his car with her door. The lady looks shocked, but strongly denies hitting his car. Sure enough, there is a tiny crease in his door right where her door hit his car, and he flips out. The lady keeps on saying she didn't do it, and eventually just tells him to stop talking to her and walks away. My friend says he not only heard the sound, but physically saw his car "rock" a bit when the door hit. So, in retaliation, he "poopsie-daisied" her.

The Poopsie Daisy: So wtf is this "poopsie daisy"? My friend went into the super market, pissed off as all fucking shit, and bought a sharpie marker. He then went into the bathroom, and took a massive shit into a handful of papertowels. He carried the fucking papertowel full of shit outside, and then wiped a huge chunk of it up behind the door handle on her car, wiping off the front of the handle so it wasn't visible from the outside . He took the sharpie and wrote "POOPSIE DAISY!" on the back of a piece of paper he had in his car, and drew a big flower next to it. He stuck it under her windshield wiper to make sure she would see it when she came out to the car.

Then he moved his car a few rows away, parked, and waited for her to come out. About 10 minutes later, she came out to her car with her grocery cart, and saw the note on her car. She took the note off, looked at it front and back, and then glanced around the parking lot in complete confusion. She popped her trunk, loaded her bags in one by one, and then put her cart back in the stall and proceeded to approach her drivers door. She sticks her hand under her front door handle to pull it open, only to find something squishy and soft jammed up behind the handle. My friend said she pulled her hand out and he could see from 3 rows away that her fingertips were completely covered in his shit . She wiped her hand off on the side of her car door and SPRINTED towards the entrance of the grocery store in tears . I bet she finally understood the sign she found on her windshield! My friend got in his car and drove the fuck away, laughing the whole way home.

When he fucking told me this story and explained to me what a "Poopsie Daisy" was, I almost fucking pissed myself

CLIFFS: Poopsie-Daisy = putting dog or human shit behind someone's car door handle, so when they go to open their car door they actually stick their fingers into a pile of shit Bonus points for putting a sign that says "POOPSIE DAISY!" on their windshield.

Well alrighty then. I went out and had a "talk" with Mr. President. I told him that he was makeing my Wife uncomfortable, and if he continues to stare at "Us", Im calling the cops, and filling a "stalking" complaint. He replied that he wasnt watching my Wife, and that the board is "not fond of your activities". To which I told him that as of last Wednesday, I filed a formal complaint with the County HOA "watch dog" group, at which point his jaw dropped. I continued to inform him that if anyone is seen near my property, Im calling the Police. If my Wife feels "threatend", Im calling the Police. After that, he rather quickly, got out of his car, and ran into his house. Im sure to make calls to his other little trolls. Im going to have a buddy of mine bring his patrol car over to my place any chance he is in the neigborhood. We'll see what happens.

We don't have an HOA, but the Borough inspectors come visiting once a year. They threatened to fine me for a vehicle in my yard. My International Scout was parked next to the shed, where no one can see it. I asked the inspector if it was better to have it hidden or rusting for all to see in the driveway. He made me move it. Now everyone gets to look at my beat up broken down project whenever they drive by.

I try to start it up early on the weekends with the exhaust unbolted whenever possible.
