I watched it...

The expression "having your head down" doesnt mean just facing down, it refers to having your eyes on the puck and not where your going and thats the first thing your taught not to do way back in peewee hockey... so yes, Seabrook did have his head down

The NHL refs does this all the time, making rash decisions based on a players past and habits... a big hit doesnt mean a penalty

If the hitting worries you, maybe you should watch womens hockey, or perhaps soccer
