can i go off roading with my o8 taco

    i have a 08 taco trd off road . but its not 4wd can i still go offroading with it is it bad

    It's more fun to offroad in 2wd. Just make sure you bring a buddy with a 4x4 and a tow strap... :D

    Locks the wheels together thereby allowing both wheels to spin uniformly.

    because if the strap breaks you have a metal tow hook that was attached to a rope that was under 4000+ lbs of force that is now a projectile.

    derekabraham, 05TacoTRD, and Chris4x4 are three of our members that I can think of off the top of my head that do a lot of wheeling and they all have prerunners just like yours. While you won't be able to go some places that 4x4s can, a prerunner with the locker is still a very capable rig! :)
