I've noticed compartment in my in my truck and I was wondering what it's for. Is there something from the factory that I didn't get? Is there some aftermarket accessory for it? Any ideas for a cool custom mod? The only thing I can think of is mounting a GPS in there but it would have to be a thin one.

Its for the garage door opener.
the White is the peel and stick to the backside of your garage door opener.
pull it off and stick on back of your opener, once you velcro it in postion
you can break off those different lenght tabs from the button and set them up
so they push the actual garage door opener button.

Personally... I'd find that more useful than the compass/temp I have in mine :( I have my garage door opener in the tray by the shifter.
