AAS has always sort of been plan D for me as well, but I need a second (or third) job, and 12 hour shifts sounds alright for a days off. getting to go home would be alright with me.
for you I would go with whatever pays better I guess.

Hey we should go do a wheeling/shooting meet one of these weeks. I havent gone out shooting or wheeling in a long ass time.
...and you guys have way more guns then me. I still havent ever really been far back in Puerco.
since you're actually in the northern hemisphere now. and shit. :D

I like the though of 12's, too -- UNM has a 24h shift, which would eat up 2 of my days off. I worked my balls off the past few years, so I'm totally OK with 3 days a week and a bit less money for the time being.

I'm down with a wheel and shoot. I'll bring some guns, and y'all can give 'em hell, if you guys are willing to bring ammo.

Word. thats always fair. I have a .40, a 12 ga., and a .22 LR, and rounds for those, but I will of course buy boxes of whatever caliber you got.
We'll have to plan it. unfortunately I am super busy right now, but we will see.

Ive got a couple of AK's and M4's I'll throw in, and some pistols. I'm hoping to have another M4 built within a month or so, but I don't know if I can afford it right now.

:spy::quickdraw: I knew greg would be down. we just have to figure a date that works for everyone.

    :mudding: yee haw :infantry:

BTW....Just put in my order tonight: 1 pair weld on hybrid sliders from Brute force Fab in Cali: $355.00 shipped, should be here in 2 1/2 weeks. best deal around that I have found in two years of lookin.... good guy as well, from talking to him. so we'll see how it turns out.
    3/16ths HREW.

I am getting the same as these, but with less kickout in the rear, and obviously measured for for DCLB. And If I had the $$$, hes got front and rear bumpers for killer prices. (the wife put the kibosh on that for now though. one thing at a time:D)
I asked him to keep the angle of the kickout the same across to the end of the slider, instead of the gradual increase on these ones.

Got to say...I am pumped. :cookiemonster::goingcrazy:
    :headbang:.

Yeah,so we'll see. He has a ton of experience building exoskeletons, and trailrigs, he's just new to TW. He said he has built about 8 or 9 Solid axle Toys. I talked with him for quite a while yesterday and today, and got a good vibe all around. my three priorities were
    1. Bomber construction 2. good prices 3. quick turn around time.

I feel like it worked out on all three. once a vendor gets popular on TW, it always seems to be a huge backlog, and a bunch of back and forth posting and I'd prefer not to even deal with that. So hopefully If it is top notch stuff, I can help establish him here. I will be the first internet order from TW, although he has about 6 sets of sliders for local customers to make at the same time.
