No. Not exactly anyway. The EWDs are more complicated (to me) for that side so I haven't tried it.

Did the chime instructions by the Op when I got to work tonight. Worked the second try, had to count to 24 & the b-on popped up.

The Front Seat Inner Belt LH is what we unplugged on the driver's side and there it's just a simple switch. I tried unplugging the same thing on the passenger side- Front Seat Inner Belt RH and it definitely doesn't work the same. It disabled the passenger side air bag and showed the seat always unbuckled. The passenger side has a zener diode and capacitor and I'm not sure what to do to cause it to show as buckled.

What is different about the instrument cluster? Mine is Brand spanking new and it worked? I'm confused.

What's your build date? It should be on a sticker in the door jam. If it's before 12/2010 (I think) then you have the old gauges...and this mod will work.

Yeah the new gages are bad ass except for the fact that no one knows how to turn off the damn chime...still waiting for the 2011 seat belt chime solution.

The listed procedure for using the odo button worked great in my 2011. The only change I would suggest is to pull the seatbelt out and hold it under your right armpit so that you dont have to try and hold the button and reach for the belt.

I have a 2011 with the new instrument cluster too. Not only will this code not work, I can't even reset the damn Maintenance light after changing the oil!

I'm nervous on trying the 'pull the plug' fix mentioned earlier without some reinforcement of that method from one of the experts. I have to think that there is another 'soft' trick that can be done to wipe out the chime.

And please don't post just to say that you've done this successfully - it just clutters the board and no one cares. Send a personal message to the originator if you want to give thanks.
