Meh...shouldn't be too tough to fix...I am pondering two options, your thoughts are welcome:

    1) Route over the top of the transfer case. There is room. It is doable. I don't know how it would affect flow (probably adversely) and clearance for work if the tranny ever needed work done would be reduced.

    2) Route it in-line with the add-in crossmember for the t-case skid. Lose the option of a crawler-box down the road.

    Decisions decisions...

I will be in Yosemite staring at a bigass rock and shitting myself.

That's kind of my thought. If you're installing a 3-grand transfer case, another 100 to re-route the re-route re-route isn't gonna sting much.

And I'm not sure I'll ever take it that far. I'm thinking 4.56s will leave me happy.

Also, the takeoff shudder is now completely gone, and there are no problems at road ride-height. So that's nice

Also, I now officially have a spare driveshaft.

    Heh.

Like I said, I think I'm taking a sabbatical until mid-june. First week of June I got a major climb, so I'm kinda focused on that now, and using the few weeks with the truck off the trails to get some inconvenient shit done to it.

I have. It's the hybrid. I'm more interested in the plate. Waiting to see both before making my final decision.

    Good News Everyone!

Exhaust now clearanced around the driveshaft without another reroute. Turns out it wasn't contacting the exhaust, but it was only clearing by about 1/32nd inch. You could slide a postcard between them.

Anyway, a little tube bending and repainting the pipe and we're good to go. Less of a headache than I thought. And no, the crossover still doesn't hang below the frame rails.
