    when we ended things...i told her i wanted my stuff back (bc she's a bitch and broke up with me via text) and i had left a gun over at her house

    The agreement was that I would leave that gun there so long as we were together (i saved texts) and now she doesnt want to return it to me

    In SC magistrate courts, for such instances, you can file a civil suit known as claim and delivery where i go in front of a judge and prove ownership then she has X amount of days to dispute it

    Judge rules on who gets to keep said property

    Meanwhile, during proceedings, a restraining order is placed on the item so that she cannot sell or destroy it without having to repay me for damages if i'm awarded the ownership

    Not only do I have text convos discussing me leaving it there, I have a bill of sale with the S/N etc etc
