    16x8 -12 offset 4" backspacing will they fit without spacers on a 02 4x4.

    Will they fit? Yes, they will bolt up to the truck just fine.

    We need to know what tire size you planning on running to see if there will be rubbing.

    Right now I have 255/85r16 but thinking of going back with 285/75r16. It's lifted about 2" in the front.

    You'll probably have to go up to 3" to fit those, but I'm not sure since I have a 2nd gen.
