    When I lived in an Apt., I always lived on the top floor....I kinda figured the "safety", bla bla bla, and the view of the pool. I learned that it sucks if your on crutches, and if your drunk, falling down the concrete stairs fucks your knees up.....but the view of the pool was great!

    I was never crazy about being on the ground floor to begin with. In Dover, I was on the 2nd of 3 floors, and felt a lot safer. On the ground floor, its like any old douchebag can walk by and look in your windows.

    In fact, I think I see Brandan now....
