    MY DAY WITH CHRIS 4x4

[This Happend on the 1st it just took me forever to get the Jackmaster vids uploaded...ok proceed]

Being the super nice and helpfull guy that Chris is, he offered to help me fix some squeaks on my truck today, you may remember my video titled "The Most Annoying Sound in the World"? If not here it is again for your viewing pleasure

    th_MOV03258_b3afc5032e0cb4e531433ba2f27c0648203cf23d.jpg

    th_MOV03250_040b5ef4db76ec7e876095f7ac580b16b6478121.jpg

Well this morning I text Chris and ask if hes still up for helping this old girl out and I promptly get a call from him telling me he Fn hates texts but yes of course hes still up for some truck fun! Says he'll get his tools together and be over to my house in about a half hour! What a man!

I guide him to my apt with expert directions.. minus the I forgot the gate code incident. But other than that he gets here just fine in that sexy ass Tacoma of his and procedes to pull out his tools.. yes tools as in "tools" (dirty boys!) And pulls on his jumpsuit so he doesn't get grimy from crawling under my truck. (smart) He asks me to pull forward out of my parking spot and immediately the squeaking begins (its so bad that I'm embarrased when I go stalk my hot cop at the grocery store on monday nights cause I have to drive right by him and all my truck is doing is whining like a little bitch.. hopefully the sexiness of her appearance makes up for the noises... I'm pretty sure hot cop wants me :p)

Anyways Chris gets under there with his Wd-40 while i'm on the back bumper bouncing away (uh huh) so he can pinpoint the precise location to exterminate the obnoxiousness. He then decides WD-40 just aint going to cut it and I should probably just follow him back to his house where he has more stuff to kick it in the balls with. Before that tho we take a ride around the parking lot so he can hear the interior squeak that has been plaguing my life (see above video)

He takes his jumpsuit off and pulls out his magic stick.....:D A long hollow tube that he puts to the floor board of my truck as we drive! duh what were you guys thinking!!! So he has his stick stuck to his ear and seroiusly not 50 ft goes by and "AH HA stop!" I stop and he jumps out and gets in the back seat, another ten feet and he says "yup I know right where thats coming from.. and he did!! he got out and pushed on my sliders a bit and lo and behold there was that damn sound!!! Stupid pinch welds were rubbin!

oh hell.. to make an already long story shorter I followed him to his house and he ended up loosening the body mounts and jacking the body up away from the frame and the sliders so he could get in there and bend the pinch welds away from the sliders. Ingenious if you as me cause, It was a succsess! he also oiled up my leaf springs and got them to shut up too! its a damn miracle!

Also got to meet the Wife and Molly! Both great gals!! I spent most of the afternoon there in the carport, I would like to say I was helping Chris but in reality I just sat and watched and had some good conversation. What a nice guy! AND he fixed my junk!!

Learned some new thigh excersises while I was there too.. its called the Jackmaster move and I'm pretty sure all you guys will love it, heres an example of how its done. Trust me and just watch it......

Makes me want to just fill'r up and head to AZ for no reason other than to shake Chris' hand. Susan Somers would be proud.

Good job and good luck now that you can be "Stealthy" and stalk your cop.

(I used to live in the West Valley, 104th and Indian School.) I went to my first Hooters ever, downtown (sniff sniff....Oh the tears,Oh the memories)

LMAO! What you cant see in the video, is that Im actually useing 2 jacks. I had to use a bottle jack AND a floor jack in order to lift the body up in the presise location. It was rather entertaining. Hope its all fixed, Maura! Only problem now is your gonna hear other noises that the "Big squeak" was masking.

I must add that Maura is a GREAT helper! I got some brake fluid in my eye, and she was right there with some eye wash. :D

Chris, I need help installing the CB antenna and powering the radio up. Can you come over and help. It should be arriving on Thurs. Which means I've got Fri to install before the meet on Sat. Im just kidding, although how tight would that be if you drove from AZ to San Diego just for that. I'd nominate you for TacomaWorld member of the year (is there such a thing?). Moderators... there's another idea! On a side note, are you sure it was brake fluid? Oh come on, I couldn't resist! The door was open and I took the shot. LOL. Chris, that was real nice of you to help another member out.

    Go Chargers!
