    neglect, mostly.
we move it to the mini parking spot . . . . made for those motorcycles and mopeds. . . . and when it rains, she parks it right outside her door. which in my mind seems like a good place to park it ALL THE TIME!!

X2. it sucks when you start pulling into it and bang there is a moped. So you have to back out, but I agree

Also...and this may be the cop coming out in me...but i'd still refrain from moving it...what happens when yall drop it or screw up something while moving it? Now you're liable for any and all damage

I'd just contact apt mgmt first and maybe have them remind here there are mini spots avail just for mopeds/motorcycles

she has been told to park in the other spot but rarely does. she's the one starting the battle, against the entire complex. it's like the gossip of this place lol. im out of this apartment in a week or two anyway. it only weighs like 200 pounds, we wouldn't mess it up. . . but im not starting an internet pissing match, i value your opinions.

EDIT: and fun TW fact i didn't know, when i sent the pic i used a slang term for a lesbian that rhymes with bike, (cause she seriously is) but it got changed to "person". interesting.

There is some dude who parks his vespa on the wooden breeze way on the floor under mine. I feel like it might be dangerous.
