I know this question has been asked several times and i have done a search and read so many threads it aint even funny and everyone is saying someting different.

I am planning on getting a 3" lift for the front and 1.5" in the rear. What is the biggest tire i can run without trimming anything. I am gonna take off my mudflaps though. I have stock 16's and am planning on sticking with that size. I am also considering running spacers as well. Any help would be appreciated. I have an 08 d cab 4.0 v6 short bed with the stock alloys.

I would think it's still the 265/75R16. I have a 3" lift with Light Racing UCAs. I run 285/75R16 and it rubs a bit when I back up with the wheel turned (the front of the fender). I'm not sure if there's another popular size between those.
