So bad news. Went to finish up my truck today after i got the spindles machined and the wheel i ordered have the wrong offset. This is going to set me back a week at least and some more dough. Im going to miss this Mays Mojave run

the build of the truck is pretty much as far as it's going to go for now. i'm looking around for a mazda 3 hatchback to use as my DD and i want to park the truck and only use it to off road. i want to gut the interior and cage it, but the wife and I are looking to buy a house so i might try to sell again in 6 months or so, i know i'm not going to get shit for it though...

i dont see much point in dropping more money into the tacoma when i want a raptor in my drive way in a few years... yes, i said it. RAPTOR :D

bummer man, can you run the stock wheel in the mean time...? i know you can on the 1st gens

did the company send the wrong wheels or you ordered the wrong wheels?

I didn't take in account the offset i needed. The stock wheels rub on the steering arm on the spindle by like 1/4 of an inch. I have to ship back the wheels and look for some new ones

I got my truck on the road again. I bought some spidertrax wheel spacers to use the stock wheels untill i can sell my mickey thompsons. I figure I can use them out back when i go LT in the rear.

Is the 4 door Raptor new for this year? The owners of the company I work for just bought their 4th Raptor and its 4 door. They have a blue, white, orange, and now a gray 4 door. They are nice I just dont see paying the $52k sticker price, but maybe I am just a Raptor hater

^I know right. But its multiple owners and execs so each one has one. Not one person has 4. We have a fleet of over 4k Ford vehicles so I am sure they are getting a good deal on them too
