    1. Downstairs toilet needs the guts replaced (have parts)
    2. Upstairs toilet needs new wax ring (have parts)
    3. Refrigerator water filter and something else broke (need parts)
    4. Dishwasher pump quit working (haven't troubleshot yet)
    5. Lawnmower blade bent (fixed)

    The fridge works, just no water or ice maker. The dishwasher...........I can manage. How does one avoid dishpan hands?

    I see all these broken toilets and it reminds me. Does anyone know how to make the toilet flush less. I puch the handle once and it flushes three times. And I know one day I will clog it and shit is gonna hit the floor.
