o2 Sensor P0051 (Sim not working?)

    So I went in really deep water, truck died. I was able to start it up shortly after (while in the puddle) to get it out of the puddle and then I shut the truck off. Took the sopping wet air filter out then made sure no water was in any of the cylinders by cycling the engine with the spark plugs out (one at a time of course.) Luckily no mechanical damage to the engine that I can tell ------- yet.

    Yes rookie mistake I know...........Now to the problem.

    The truck was throwing a CEL for P0257 (something like that) and I changed the MAF. This solved the first CEL. Now the CEL is coming on "P0051" I looked into this on the forums already and have tried changing out fuses and I also just installed the URD o2 Sim.

    None of my attempts to solve this have worked. Anybody have any advice?

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    The O2 sim isn't going to help because the code is for the front sensor on bank two. I would suggest changing it out with a Denso (OEM) direct replacement

    And this is the sensor that is located on the exhaust manifold itself? I see one on each manifold and one on each side of the "Y-Pipe." Just to clarify we are not talking about the MAF?

    No we are not talking MAF. You have a sensor(s) before and after the catalytic converters. The ones before (upstream) are #1's. The ones after the cats are #2's. Bank one is the side of the motor with the number 1 cylinder. Bank two is the side of the motor with the number 2 cylinder
