BUT, if America's main sport was hockey, it would be a different story.

 

The Oil will be a very competative team within the next year or 2. There's 50% of the crowd that thinks the same as you about KLowe, and there's 50% that thinks the opposite. That debate will never end - and I never participate.

I just like a lot of the foundation building going on in Edmonton. I have faith. Like I said, I could never jump ship. I even wear my Oilers regalia the odd time when I play drop-in hockey!!

 

I am impressed by Eberle and Hall , Pajarvi or however you spell his name will be good as well .

 

Yes , it would look like a bunch of guys standing around scratching their balls and chewing dip for 4 hours .

A Canadian team hasn't won the cup since 93, when the Canadiens beat the Kings in the finals. Its been over a decade into the 21st century and they can't bring the cup "home". You guys sound like you've been winning the cup every year

Well personally best team now, unluckily, just by statistics I have to say the Canucks, but yeah doesnt mean they'll win. Honestly, though, the best hockey team right now is Pekka Rinne himself haha. What a BEAST!!!

Rinne stopped 3 or 4 for sure goals in the game tonight , he kept the Preds in it till they could get one .

 

Yup and his best saves were when it mattered most, in sudden death. I've seen Quick play some fantastic games and make some amazing saves, but the performance by Rinne, was just stunning. I think Luongo's overrated. He's got a good team in front of him, he himself as a goalie isn't that great. Just my perception of him though. Could be wrong.

Luongo can be an amazing goalie...just not a 12 year mega millions goalie......

Rinne was unreal....if he keeps that up it will be a tough fight for the canucks...but I still think canucks in 6 but they have to start schneider in game 4 or 5.
