Hellwig Sway Bar or Leaf Spring Helper? or Both?

I am thinking about a Hellwing spring helper or sway bar or both. I hauled a load of dirt and it was almost emberassing on how bad my trucked sagged. I know there is a TSB out for leaf springs but I don't want the rear to raise up 1.5". I like the stock ride height now. What do you guys recommend? If I got the spring helper, would it also act as a torsion bar in a way?

 

if you like the stock ride then go with some adjustable airbags. i am thinking of doing this or maybe some progressive helper springs but im sure the springs will ride stiffer

 

I put a set of the bolt on helper springs on and like them.Didn't change the ride and got rid of the axle wrap.

bump for answers on the helper springs

 

The helper springs are alot cheaper but the firestones are a hell of alot cooler. I'm thinking hard about those firestones.

 

im in the same boat. i just dont know if its worth it for the 5-7 times a year i need them

 

The Timbren suspension kit isn't bad either. It gives you the stock height and ride but comes into play when the back in drops more than an inch. I wonder if the air bags act as a sway bar as well so that I won't have a problem with wind buffetting anymore?

 

I take that back on the Timbren's. I've been reading alot of bad reviews about this product. But I have been reading alot about the roadmaster suspension kit. It looks pretty good. Tough call between the roadmaster or air bags.
