Alright well I have now finished the front LT install. My truck right now is sitting real stink bug like because of the lift in the back. What will be my best temporary option for at least leveling the truck out, remove the 2" block or shave it?..and how hard is it to get to?

no, just jack your rear end up, loosen the u bolts and take them out. You dont really have to 'remove' anything

yeah i was looking at DMZ..they are actually cheaper by $300. Only difference I can see is about 4" of travel and DMZ is weld rather than bolt on

Can anyone think of a reason when I put my truck in reverse, I move about 3 feet and I hear/feel a slight thud up in the front axle area? I've gone down and looked under multiple times and I cannot find anything that looks odd.

does your front end dip up or down significantly when you go any distance in reverse?

hmm maybe if I gunned it, it would dip..I also notice its when I turn. For example, I back out of a parking space and cut the wheel. I think its when I cut the wheel cuz I tried just going in reverse without turning and I didnt hear it. I've never heard/felt it moving forward or turning forward

yeah maybe. To me it would sound like if a heavy object was resting on top of something and when I turn it slips down a smidge and lands on whatever is below it.

^^^ that sounds really bad, actually. The actual sound doesn't sound that bad. I'll see if I can get a sound clip of it

Try torquing down your LCA bolts and see if it goes away, mine were making a noise and I hit them when I did my UCAs and the noise went away.

im actually really surprised my bushings aren't loud at all. For the first maybe 20 miles maybe but once the grease got spread in there I couldn't hear them when I turned.

alright I'll take a peak at that tomorrow. Wont that mess up my camber/caster though?

All pro LT, All pro front bumper,All pro rear fox, 1.5 full leaf and u bolt flip kit. KR sliders, bestop, high lift with custom mount, katskin leather, Hankook MT and atx artillery. DMZ SUA w/FOX triple bypass
I have the same problem when I put it in reverse or drive at about 5-10mph I can hear it and kind of feel some kind of knock under the driver side floor. I notice it goes away when I take it for alignment but comes back after about 1-2 weeks. Might be a loose bolt or steering rack.
