My folks live in Rancho Murieta. About 10-15 minutes south or so from Folsom, the drive is all country highway with minimal traffic. Its a gated country club with nice houses that are pretty nice. Plus in the back of the property there are places where you can 4 wheel as well, my uncle goes back there time to time.

Not as expensive as you would think. My gramps has bought two houses out there since the economy went down and now just rents them out. North Course is more older folks, South Course is the younger side and they have not as strict of rules.

The North is even stricter, at least on South you can ride your motorcycle to your house and park on street. North side must have pass to park overnight on street and you need an escort to ride your bike to your house, and you only get two free escorts a year.

Ill end up living there if I ever leave here. I love to golf and i'll end up moving into to one of my grandpa's houses. You somewhat get used to the rules, but its still a bunch of BS how strict they are.
