Eyelids for a 2001 toyota tacoma

Does anyone know if they make eyelids for the 2001-2004 toyota tacoma, I've looked everywhere but cant find them, I ended up making my own from carbon fiber vinyl I ordered on ebay

 

honestly i dont think it would look very good at all due to first gen styling

 

Yeah that eyelid thing goes good on 2nd gens because their headlights are huge. You got a pic of yours? Would be nice to see what you did.

 

Yea you guys have a point... I had to do my eyelids very thin and small, so in comparison to the 2nd gen tacoma eyelids they dont look all that great... Ill put up a pic later of my eyelids

I wondered about it and did a mock up with tape, but it had to be very skinny or it would be blocking light

 

yea mine are very thin, you can barely see them, but they look okay... ill post up a pic asap

you know i think you should try getting a hold of a black grill surround and then trying out different options you know? unfortunately our headlights arent ridiculously huge like 2nd gens lol

 

Not bad, very subtle but gives it a little bit of a scowl.

 

Thanks man, I think I'm gonna do them over, but this time I want them to come down a little lower and more at an angle so it looks mean!
