    I say call her, but right as someone answers, say "Did you fucking tell him?"

    Scenario A
    The boyfriend answers and he'll be all like "tell me what....?"
    Then you be evasive (poorly) and eventually let him know you've been banging his gf.

    Scenario B
    The girlfriend answers and she'll say "tell him what?"
    Boyfriend will ask to talk on the phone, then refer to scenario A.

    You should go to your carrier and request a number change ASAP. What started as a playful prank is gonna be seen the wrong way by the boyfriend and its really easy to know who is the owner of a phone these days... and where they are located... just my .02 cents...
