    My mom just sold a 1 million dollar house at 10:15pm (my time) and i get 100 dollars..... and it will be going straight towards my truck.:eek::D

    I know you guys will be bummed out, but my school starts back tomorrow morning so i will not be on here very much during the day.......:( and I am also not very happy about my 2nd semester schedule.:mad::mad:

    Well what happened was that this builder built this 2.1 million dollar home... he though he could afford it until the tank flipped (economy) and he is 3 days from foreclosuring on his 2.1 million dollar home. Kirk Peoples (the builder) was soo in the trenches my mom gave $8,000 of her commission to help Kirk find a new house or rent one. and they have 4 kids.

    she would have gotten more it was on the market for $1,995,900.they reduced it a little bit before it sold and it sold for $1,050,000
