    I kept pressing "0" and finally got a real live person and the end result is I GOT MY TRUCK PAID OFF!!!!!!!! :yay: The girl told me what to do, which was exactly what I was doing.. then she said "you can't use the calendar to put in a date, you have to type it in" Then why the h3!! have a calendar if it doesn't work.

    When I was done, they asked is there anything else we can do for you... I said yeah, fix your automated system. (I had been switched to talk to a guy about insurance) and he said we are working on it.... I wanted to say, well work faster :eek:
