Here is a pic of my center console cover from redline. It is in charcoal, the picture isn't the best but you can see it is lighter than my Carbon/charcoal colored leather I got from this GB

Looks good Willimatic! Unfortunately, Redline offers only black, black perforated and charcoal in their lineup. One is a little darker and one is a little lighter than the popular Dk. Graphite that most have you have tied into your kits. I received just yesterday a swatch card from Redline so if anyone is on the fence w/color matchups just shout my way and I can compare with both CST and Katzkin swatches that I have available as well. Can anyone offer which color is the best match to the light grey plastic already in the cab (console, door panels, etc) and the best color match for the dark gray/black color on the top of the door panels and dash?

    Thanks.

^ what he said. It's not an exact match but it's damn close.

Although, I do seem to remember John H posting somewhere that it's his opinion that the regular graphite is a better match than the dark graphite. :notsure:

Mine is dark graphite and ice grey and i couldn't be happier, but YMMV.

Finally got around to putting conditioner on my leather. I used Meguirs Gold Class leather conditioner and I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the scent. My truck went from smelling like a leather baseball glove (which I loved) to smelling like a cedar closet, lol. I'm hoping the smell will dissipate with time and maybe I'll try that leather in a bottle stuff next time.

Mine smells like ass hahaa. Smells like a combination of cedar, mildew, and old tarnished copper. Reminds me of this cologne that my brother uses that I can't stand. :p argh I hope the smell of that stuff has a short half life.

Does anyone have install pics of their access cab? I am more of a visual learner. This could maybe light a fire under me to get these installed faster. Thanks.

    Hey Bud,
Follow Homer Tacos How-To link step by step for the front seats. The rear seat backs are installed in the same manner as the arm rests, leave the cloth/foam on and use heat resistant spray adhesive to cover. The rear seat bottoms are pretty straight forward. I do have pics and but am too computer stupid to attach w/captions . I am usually available by phone if needed.

Thanks Andrew and John! I just needed to see what and how the access cab part looked like during the install. I am assuming that those white clips are pop clips that can be pushed in and pulled out gently, correct? This gives me more motivation to start on it this weekend, barring any unforeseen plans. I will give you a buzz if I run into any problems John. Thanks again guys for the knowledge!

Forgive me if I missed it somewhere in this thread.
Can you buy just the front seats for a vehicle and not the front and rears? I am looking at replacing the leather for the front of a 2001 4Runner. Back seats are good.
