    This IS America, right?

It took us a while to fnid a home when we moved to NC. Those HOA's can freakin' take your house away, and I wanted nothing to do with them!

We did find a subdivision with pre-written stipulations in the deed (can't have your fence past the front face of your house, no chain link, rules and regulations to follow regarding parked / scrap cars, etc. The rules to keep everythingin order are all there, just with no douchebags telling me that my truck is too dirty, my house doesn't match the others in hue, etc.

For anyone looking around for a home, Make sure you know what you're getting into!

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
You can also substitue empty beer cans in the bed or cig packs on the dash.

I have a fire ring set-up in the back yard for such occasions

Hell, my neighbor two doors down thinks his jacked up Fords are in Nascar eligible judging by the way he revs them up all summer long.

Yeah they suck big time. We just got a letter from our HOA saying that we need to removed two weeds from the right side of our house and dispose of the remains properly. Wish I knew who it was and go plant some weeds in their yard. Our yard is one of the nicest one on the block!!!! This time of the year everyones yards are dead for winter and all of them have weeds regardless! Give me a break!

Dig a hole. put in the weeds, leave the soil on top of the hole and put in a gravestone for the weeds. Sounds properly disposed to me.

I love letting my truck sit in the driveway for days with a layer of mud on it. It gets really "nice" looks. :D

Hardened mud is good bush armour.
No not that bush. That bush is bad too and needs to be trimmed down before it's acceptable.

Just another reason I hate AZ.

HOA? Dumbest thing I ever heard. You buy a house, do what you want. End of story.
