So when I originally purchased the PreRunner, I wasn't as educated in trucks as I am now. With the help of TacomaWorld, my knowledge of Tacomas has expanded and made me want a 4x4 TRD Offroad. Here are pics from the 07 Base Prerunner to 09 4x4 TRD Offroad: (Prerunner on the right and 4x4 on the left)

On the 3rd and 4th picture, what are those things on the bumper?

I am confused, doesn't an '09 have a back-up camera in the tailgate latch and rear-view mirror? My '09 does but i just have the SR5.

Those bumper bumps look like the mounting bolt things that my 1st generation had. strange.

It looks like someone drilled the bumper to install an aftermarket back-up sensor system and used those things to plug the holes. Look at my bumper, this is an aftermarket system. It looks like the same size holes but just pluged.

they are plugs covering the holes of where the sensors USED to be. Hope your girlfriend is smart enough to get out of the way when you don't stop because you dont hear a beep.
