Does the bulb have the 35W or 50W option or is that determined by the Ballast?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe both need to match

Haha, yeah but the retrofit is way more pricey

Install is pretty easy IMO. I did my truck in about an hour and my wife did her own car as well. :)

Also, yes the bulb and ballast both determine the wattage. They must match one another. :)

Can somebody provide some feedback of 4300k in the rain compared to stock headlights. It was raining tonight and i was wishing i had the HIDs in already.

    Thank you!

The 4300K is a more useful temp rather than a visual aesthetic temp. So you will have better visibility with this temp in good/bad weather. :)

Why are these different prices? Sorry for all the dumb questions.... :( Now some people say these are not that good with stock headlight housing because they are not projectors so would these be that good with stock housings? And I have 50 Watt bulbs in now so should I go with the 50 watt hid's or 35?

One is standard old tech ballast, other is new tech slim digital ballast. (20$ more as it says in the Original Post.)

People say that they are no good for the stock headlight housing because of the glare that the HID bulb would cause. The housing was made for halogen bulbs but the HID bulb with the right type will fit. People prefer a retrofit because it doesn't cause oncoming traffic to be blinded by the glare of the halogen housing.

That is what the metal shield is for. It cuts the light from the bottom half of your housing in low beam. No light should shine up to blind cars. You will prob have to reaim your lights after installing this.

That is correct but one thing that might not be needed is the reaiming of your lights. I hear mix reviews on this. Some say no they were fine no need and others reaimed there lights. I had to just because I was lifted and already bad with the halogens. :)

Sorry to hear that, if they are under the 12 month warranty I can get you new ones asap. If your out of the warranty period you can order some bulbs on this group buy. Just let me know and I'll take care of ya! :)

Is there anybody with 4300K heads and fogs??? I'm looking to go from 6000K to 4300K but I'm afraid it would be too yellowish.

They will be more white less blue. Definitely will still be brighter and shine white on the road but will have a little yellow appearance when looking head on to the vehicle. Nothing like the stock halogen color that's for sure though.
