    yes they are not only can i pop a balloon with it but it will actually light a cigarette i dont point it in anyone's eyes because common sense tells me that if it can burn my skin from 25ft away wouldnt be good to point into my eye or someone els's its neat at night to point out stars and satilights to people but i dont use it for any illegal use. and i actually had it imported from china. it went threw customs but when i got it the box was marked "flashlight"

    I took my dog for a run on some trails near my house and i saw a plastic bag in the woods to the side of the trail. What is in it a bunch of dog shit. So they went the extra lenght to bring a plastic bag to clean up after their dog then threw it in the woods. Wouldnt it be easier to flick the shit off the trail with a stick than use a plastic bag?
