My lift really isn't anything too extreme. I just thought I'd put my stuff up here more as a resource for others that might be just starting out and looking to do something similar.
I also wanted to post my build to give much respect to jjbeeken. Turns out he knows as much about lifts as he does stereos. Thanks for the help with the design and install man. :drunk:

On the front - OME 885xs with OME N140S (I got a great price on an 'old' OME lift kit that came with the older model of front shocks). OME Trim packer installed for Taco lean.

On the back - Stock non-TSB leaf with Wheeler Offroad's 1.5" 3-leaf progressive AAL and OME N182 Nitrochargers shocks. For anyone interested, that 3-leaf AAL handles (and looks) great. Well worth the extra money.

On the ground - TRD Sport Alloy Wheels with 265/70/17 Duratracs and Spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers.

Front height from center of hub:22-1/2"
Rear height from center of hub:23-3/4"

So far, no shudders and the CV angles look good. I'm getting it aligned tomorrow, so hopefully that goes just as well.

Looks great. That's the lift combo I was looking at. Just need my current tires to wear out.

Thanks man. I highly recommend that Wheeler's 3-leaf AAL. It rides great. After we finished the install, my buddy and I ran it up and down a wash-boarded section of road at speed and it just soaked them up. It is in the alignment shop today. I'll post the results.

I was honestly surprised at how quiet these Duratracs run. They are quite a bit smaller and lighter though, so I guess it shouldn't be that much of a surprise.

Thanks for the props! That was a surprisingly quick and easy install. 7 hours from start to finish including all necessary beer breaks
We had to get a little creative with the 885X springs the spring compressor was so tight it started bowing the threaded rod. Kinda sketchy!
Really amazed at the way that that thing handled with no alignment, way better than the stock suspension. Really did soak up some pretty good potholes at speed.

Yeah, dude at Autozone looked at the threads on those compressors and kind a gave a "what'd you do?" look. not sure if he thought we jacked them up. got my deposit back though.

The suspension handles possums too! I hit one on the way home after I left your house Sunday.

The Autobone dude can bite me, we took the better of the two that he had. They were both jacked up. I did them a favor by putting a little lube on them.
The best part of the Taco build was the trip to "Taco Bueno" very fitting.
Ooooh yeah, then getting tailed by the cops for 5 miles at 12:30 in the morn!

Dude goes from noon to midnight hopped up on Keystone light and only ordered 2 fajita tacos. I felt sorry for him and shared. Now you see why he needed help on his truck!
