The only problem I ran into was the three prong plug that plugs into the stock harness. The pins for High and Low were in the wrong slots. I just switched the two to the correct slots problem solved painlessly.

That's exactly what I was going to do.....it's my next project. Quick question....what did you use to mount the CCFL rings inside the shroud......did you just use some silicone. If so what kind and where can I find it. Any pics would help.

    Again, looks great.

As far as the bulb stuff........make sure you put the bulb in first and line it up with the projector. There is actually a little slot on the bulb and projector housing and they line up. Then put the rubber was with the flat side down and the wedged side point up. Then put the metal ring in. And now you can tighted it down with the lock nut.

So in short bulb, rubber ring, metal ring, lock nut. This will keep your bulb secure and everything should line up.

I made the mistake of placing the the rubber ring, then the bulb, then the metal ring and the lock nut. This cause the bulb to be loose and when I tried twisting off the lock nut would cause the bulb to spin and I bent the small metal wire on it.

Still using the bulb, I slightly twisted the little ceramic wire but did not really mess it up. I just moved back into place. Thanks for the info on mounting the CCFL, hopefully I will get my stuff in from TRS today and will be workin on my new set of Headlights. :D

So... Trying to put the projectors in (D2S) and I can't seem to get the alignment tab off to get the threaded part in. Am I missing something or what?

So... I can aim these guys once I close them back up right? So no need to wait until dark and go attempt to aim them and then come back and close them... These aren't the FX-Rs so it shouldn't matter?
