    If it weren't for my horrible allergies I would have gone a whole different route with a career....ideally I would have gone into forestry/biology and ended up working for the park service in some way. But I'll take living with Yelly as my 'backyard'

    Nope. I go to the best allergy doc in the area and he cant come up with anything more to do for me. I'm on the strongest stuff out there - allegra-d 12 hour - and i still have to buy benedryl by the gallon once the pine trees start pollinating in late June through July.

    One of the girls that used to live next door, was on one medication and her doc had her on double the normal dose for her to be able to function :eek:

    Most Allergy Medicines work pretty shitty, I've never found a recommended dosage that works. usually I end up doubling it for even basic relief. And yes I've asked doctors if its a problem and i was told no.

    I hear yea, I get mild spring stuff too but my real issue is animals. Animal Dander to be specific, cats, dogs, horses, moose, wolves, unicorns, hairy beavers...

    My allergies are not as bad here in SC than they were when I was in Vegas.

    I must be lucky... all I need it one benadryl a day when they are acting up. they weren't always this way... used to spend all day scratching my eyes and sneezing :eek:
